Aunt Nina's HARVARD BEETS

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1 T. butter

1 T. cornstarch

1/4 c water

1/2 c vinegar

1/2 c sugar

16 oz canned beets

 

  1. Melt butter and add cornstarch to make paste
  2. Stir in water, vinegar and sugar.
  3. Bring to boil stirring constantly
  4. Add beets and heat through.

Delicious with pork meals!
